Something as subjective as creative work is not taken lightly by any artist/designer/illustrator. We creatives want to please the client-desperately-and we take pride in our work, our own creative instinct and our eye for design. It is in the interest of both parties (customer and designer) to work together patiently to resolve aesthetic differences, project hiccups and over all project miscommunications-should any arise.
