- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What my potential customers need to know is that the quotes given on here are only basis to start with according to what info you give on here to work with. Final quote could be significantly higher if is worse then previously discussed and or you have multiple pets "Large amounts of hair" We always try to work with the client according to their needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with good communication with the new client, we like for our clients to feel at ease and comfortable with us and the service we offer. We believe in building a strong relationship built on trust and Christian principles. When we meet with the client we ask them what exactly they are looking for in our services, what their key concerns are and make sure we can follow through with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Molly Maid, Service Master and several companies back when I was younger, I took what I learned from those jobs, good and bad to help me form my company.
