FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We renew our own level of training every two years and every five years our entire training procedure is updated through the American Heart Association. Known as the "GOLD STANDARD", the AHA constantly researches and refines the techniques we use to teach CPR courses to our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I simply wanted to help others, so I joined the local rescue squad and soon after found out my lack of knowledge could make me a liability rather than an asset. I became an EMT and CPR Instructor shortly after, but once again, my knowledge was far short of the life saving skills I wanted, so as soon as I could become a Paramedic, I started Paramedic school and became on Instructor Trainer, now referred to as a Training Center Faculty. After several years of service, I became Regional Faculty and decided to share as much of my knowledge with others as I could through teaching CPR/First Aid & ACLS Courses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We train in our office in small groups and on site for larger groups or for those who wish to get right back to their line of work after training. We offer courses on Saturdays and even Sundays when the need arises. We are here to train, and if we don't make ourselves available to our potential clients, they will find someone else to train them. We will provide the highest quality course to our clients possible.
