- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base Pricing: Our prices start at $119/hour (2 movers) Discounts: Follow us on our social media channels to get discount coupons. Additional Fees: Some very heavy items have special rates; these include pianos, hot tubs, and pool tables, which require special equipment or a larger number of movers. Payment Terms: We accept credit cards (+3.5% bank fee) or cash. Estimates: If your move is long distance, we can send an estimator to calculate the total cost of your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation where we discuss the moving needs. This includes the origin and destination locations, the size of the load, and any special requirements. Personalized Assessment: We schedule an on-site assessment, if necessary, to get a clear idea of the volume of items and the conditions of the space, helping us provide an accurate estimate. Proposal and Budget: After the assessment, we present a detailed proposal that includes a transparent budget, with no hidden fees, and options for additional services such as packing, storage, or insurance. Service Confirmation: Once the customer reviews and approves the proposal, we confirm the details of the move, including the date, time, and team that will be assigned. Moving Preparations: We provide the customer with tips on how to prepare for the move, including organizing items and using our packing materials. Moving Day: On the day of the move, our professional and friendly team arrives on time, ready to handle all aspects of the process, from packing to loading and unloading, ensuring everything is handled with care. Final Review: After the move is completed, we conduct a final review with the customer to ensure everything arrived in good condition and to address any concerns. Follow-Up: After the move, we follow up to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied and to offer assistance if they need any additional services in the future.
