They hassled me about securing every material theyd need before tiling my bathroom rather than being professional and including that in their pricing / estimate. Thats like a nail tech expecting you to secure and bring your own acrylic for your nail appointment. I had no problem paying for materials. I explained that Im not able to purchase and transport some materials theyd need ( one board of drywall and 3 sheets of backer board - approximately $50) in my size vehicle and I asked Jorge Cifuentes if he could get the materials and bring them at the time of the service and just add the total for materials to the total bill. He agreed. On the same day, he began hassling me again about going to purchase the materials myself. Ive never had a contractor create such a back and forth over materials that cost $50. If youre paying for a service, I figured theyd at least come with the things they need to complete the job - minus the actual tile I wanted installed. Also, I repeatedly asked Jorge Cifuentes about his availability and when he could be available and each time could not get a straight answer.

I’m so sorry for not having pleased you.
Normally, when a client calls us and we’ve never worked with, in your case we’ve never worked with you, we give the estimate. If they tell us they’re going to buy the materials, we charge them until we finish the job.if they tell us they’re want us to include the material, charge 50% in advance. All the business do that. I don’t understand why you give us a bad comment for something that is correct. but thank God bless you

They re installed my bathroom ceiling after several leaks. Very quick, friendly, professional and well done. Repainted my ceiling and walls too and it looks beautiful now! Thank you guys!!
