My pricing is fair, transparent, and competitive for the quality of work I provide. I offer free estimates, no hidden fees, and clear breakdowns of labor and materials. I also offer discounts for whole-house installs, returning customers, and multiple-room projects. My goal is to deliver top-quality work at a price that makes sense for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free: 1. Free estimate — I visit the home, take measurements, and help the customer choose the right materials. 2. Transparent quote — I break down everything clearly so there are no surprises. 3. Scheduling — We choose a day that works best for the customer. 4. Preparation & installation — I show up on time, protect the home, and complete the install with clean, precise workmanship. 5. Final walkthrough — I make sure the customer is 100% happy before I leave. Clear communication and clean work are my priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on flooring experience, working with LVP, laminate, carpet, tile, and hardwood. I’ve trained directly under professional installers, learned advanced techniques for subfloor prep, leveling, and precision cutting, and completed safety and installation trainings over the years. My experience is practical, real-world, and based on delivering high-quality results every day.
