Genuine, Professional. Sam made us feel like his own friends!!! When I needed a roof inspection, Sam came out 2 days earlier than expected. He explained what he found and with his experience and knowledge, we were able to work with our insurance to replace the roof. His crew arrived early to start the job, and they were very friendly. They had to remove 2 layers of old roof and it was very hot out. Even so, they were able to finish the job the same day, with a good cleanup. We called Sam the next day about some materials left behind, and some stains on our siding from old roof debris falling on it. He sent someone the very next day to pick up materials and clean the stains. We appreciated that prompt customer service. We have already recommended him to neighbors and realtors that witnessed the great job Complete Roofing did!

Sam has been great to work with start to finish. Very responsive and professional. Great moral. Worked with me on finishing up our metal roof installation when we bit off more than we could handle ourselves. Great job done in less time than expected and it looks great! If I ever need another roofing company-I will call Complete Roofing! Thank you so much for the rapid help and dedication to the guys bearing this dreadful Summer heat! I would have selected value and punctuality as well but I could only select 3. This company did great work.

Great experience all around. Sam was very proactive and took all the guesswork out of the process. He scheduled the crew and in one day I got a nice, new, high quality roof that has upgraded my house physically and aesthetically. I wish all home repair jobs were this easy.

We are so happy with the outcome from choosing this 5 ☆ company. They came in and performed and sent a specialist by the name of Sam Morrow and he met with our insurance adjuster after 2 other companies completely failed and got it approved and really went through the project and from start to finish was truly the best guy we have ever worked with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer's need is different and each quote is customized for their need individually. We do not use a "standard pricing system" but work with the customer to best meet their need at the most affordable price. We offer different level pricing options with up to 100% full replacement fifty (50) year shingle warranties, material and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each customer for a consultation to provide a free inspection and answer any questions they have. We provide them with the best options available to meet their need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Shingle Master and have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. This experience is of a wide range which includes building houses from the ground up. This gives us a vast working knowledge of structural requirements and solutions. We also stay up to date on new products,systems and continuing education training requirements to keep up with today's changing industry and building codes.
