The home had a working refrigerator in it, so when furniture arrived, I had them leave my newer refrigerator on a pallet in the garage. Then the icemaker stopped working. Took 3 months to find someone to actually come out and work on it or move it out and the old one in. They moved it in but said water claimed pressure was too low to work right and wiñl dmage refrigerator. Holmes handyman came out asssessed what was needed, gave me an estimate, got my approval and fixed the plumbing on the spot."See more

Tim H. says, "I recently moved into a previously owned home with a Sprinkler System. I contacted EcoLumina to help with the startup of the system as the prior owner said it had not been used this year. EcoLumina came out and performed a review of the system and helped identify issues that were preventing it from working. The controller box was no longer functional and backflow valve was significantly leaking water. The team worked with me to identify the exact controller panel I wanted that met my specifications. They offered options and I picked what I wanted at the price and features I wanted. They installed the backflow valve and then discovered that the shutoff valve was antiquated and not able to turn the water on. I was a little frustrated with this, but they called multiple plumbers that they knew to find one who could come out as soon as possible to replace the shutoff valve. They made sure the plumber arrived and that I was satisfied with the work performed. They then came back and walked through every zone and checked every sprinkler head. The system has been around for a while and had 2 broken heads and two places with holes in the water line. They also helped identify heads that were not retracting. They worked deligently on the drip irrigation emitters to repair each head. They replaced all the broken heads, repaired all the holes in the water lines and adjusted every head so it fully covered the grass and flower beds. Overall, I spent more than I had planned, but felt like they offerred plenty of options and gave pretty accurate estimates so there were no surprises. They did not mind me hovering over their shoulder while they worked and showed me how to go about replacing the heads in case I need to do some more work like this in the future. If I need sprinkler related help in the future, I will definitely contact EcoLumina."See more
