He is such a lifesaver, a blessing actually! I'm disabled & in no way would I hve ever been able to put our 7'ft 70+lbs kitchen pantry together & no amount of praying wouldve changed tht. Doug was punctual, polite, very affordable, comical & I felt like I've known him for year's, thts how comfortable I was with him being in our home. If possible, I'll use him for every job I'm needing done, as long as he's able to do the work. I recommend every1 who's looking for a person who communicates with u if there's any changes on either party, noone who'll leave u hanging or ghosts his customer's. If you're looking for some1 who's 100% professional, but will put your anxieties at ease at the same time, by mkng you feel like you've known him for year's. He's a great conversationalist, yet gets the job done within a very reasonable time frame. Some1 who's rates won't feel as if you were hit over the head with a boulder after getting your bill. He's honest with his estimates & won't change them mid-way thru the job- I've had tht done before a person tried to change his rates after he had started-. I can say I truly trust Doug to do what he says he'll do, the booked date/time(& he'll reachout ASAP if somethings come up & needing to reschedule), amount he's charging, the length of time it'll take-but knwg tht there could be some things which can pop-up out of any1s control-. I'll definitely book Doug again & again for whtever projects I'm needing done.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on what needs to be done I will give either a bid for labor ( guaranteed price) or a written estimate with some stated possible problems which would increase cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with people about their project. I think it’s important to know exactly what the customer wants. I also believe the customer should know of potential problems that could affect the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my twenties I was first a framing carpenter for two years then a cabinet maker & installer. When I was in Nursing school I worked with a master plumber for two years. During my nursing career I worked as a property management repair man.
