- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically done on a case-by-case basis and depends on factors such as travel time, nature of the work being performed, and whether materials are provided by HouseMedix or the customer. Bulk discounts are provided in cases of larger jobs or multiple small jobs combined into one invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key with any job. because of this, we prioritize clear communication and transparency with all customers as well as an introduction to how we do things for any new customers/
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of experience with home repairs of nearly every trade. I have my EPA 608 (HVAC certification), OSHA 10hr, and am a certified pool operator. I have extensive experience and practical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywall repair. I am very mechanically inclined and have been turning wrenches since childhood.
