EXCEPTIONAL. THEY DID EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE THING NEEDED. EVEN IF IT WASN'T MENTIONED. Before, all sinks were stained and the toilet bowl was completely covered in mineral buildup that wouldn't come off with Lysol. Every room was full of clutter. All rooms needed reorganization. Important mail was mixed in with junk mail, mixed in with other clutter. The fridge was a mess. I had no idea it was even possible for the apartment to be this spacious without having everything thrown out, and most cleaning services just do the latter. Responses to messaging on Thumbtack were prompt and had a turnaround time of only a few minutes. They were able to schedule earlier than the earliest day listed on the reservations calendar and finished everything in less than six hours. If your house is an open-ended complex problem and there are too many issues to list, hire these people. If you need everything both reorganized and perfectly polished, hire these people. If you're too exhausted to sort clutter you can't throw away, hire these people. Unironically life-changing. 10/10 would recommend.
