- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job not by the hour unless it is a special home organizing project or. packing/unpacking assist then an hourly rate is discussed and agreed upon
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up a time for a meet and greet where I can introduce myself to the client give them a copy of my bond & a free quote as we walk thru the property so I get a better feel of what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for AISD for 5+ years and and I cleaned every classroom as if my own child would be attending that room. I'm thorough and consistent. I served 9years in the USAF that taught me integrity and responsibility. and to be reliable and honest
