- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm an experienced speaker who specializes in making people feel empowered and able to conquer giants. I do work with companies, nonprofits, churches and small gatherings. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very relationship-oriented. Communication and understanding are two pillars I operate on. I want to get clarity, insights, and details on what you're wanting from me as a speaker at your event or gathering. I prefer we talk by phone or video conference to get to know each other better and get a feel for our personalities. Building a friendship and collaboration with you helps build trust and connection, which are important pieces in me delivering the best for your people. From there we'll handle follow-up through email. I can provide my number upon requests. Please be direct in any requests for contracts or additional questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a speaker in a variety of capacities for over 2 decades, originating back to work in radio as an on-air host that started in 1998. I've been a Toastmaster (2016-2017; completed Competent Communicator level) and continue to speak at area TM meetings upon request. I've also been an emcee and storyteller for a variety of events over the years and enjoy those opportunities as well.
