Very pleased and satisfied with the work done to my new roof. The work speaks for itself! You cannot find a more knowledgeable contractor than Genaro and Manny. I could have saved some money by hiring a non-certified contractor for my new roof but I wanted to have a peace of mind. Being an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor is what made my decision easy. Genaro and Manny really did an excellent job explaining to me the mistakes non-certified contractors do. Both did an excellent job explaining how a roof should be installed. I highly recommend Bison Roofing and Construction for your next project. Excellent work done by true professionals!

After getting several quotes for my roof repair job, I knew Bison was my choice. They actually recommended a cheaper option than everyone else. This convinced me they were there to make sure I was taken care of and not just there to make money off me. Highly recommended!!

I have leaks on my new home that i have been reporting to Bison roofing for over a year and they sent out guys to finish fixing leaks and Gonzales Roofing (bison roofing subcontractor) than damaged my new gutters and caused $300 damage. Left many messages to secretary to have owner call me and he has avoided all my leaks and concerns. Owner has contacted me and decided to fix all the leaks and problems with roof finish. I will update job when they finish this week of 1/7.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is not available for our service because every building/house has so many variables, such as number of vents, skylights, pitch, product, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer schedules an appointment with one of our Project Managers/Sales Reps to discuss project details and/or review plans.
2. Our rep creates a proposal quote and presents to customer.
3. Customer and rep discuss any changes or upgrades.
4. Contract is signed and deposit (usually 50%) is paid.
5. Project is scheduled and performed.
6. Once project is complete, customer pays final balance and change orders, if any.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and trained to install some of the major roofing products such as Owens Corning, Versico, and MuleHide. Additionally, our installers all have between 5-15 years of experience in the roofing industry.
