We were blown away with Modern Moldings. We had a very awkward space underneath our stairs in the kitchen that we didn’t know what to do with. Modern Moldings came out and brainstormed ideas with me until we were happy with the layout. We wanted a drawer with extra plate storage, a dog area, beverage fridge, storage but didn’t want to make the kitchen feel closed off. Based off previous reviews and work I knew they were very good but we were shocked with how good the finished product turned out. It was exactly what we were looking for and more! They were able to include everything we wanted (& our dog loves it too 😊). They were even able to build a faux wall so our cabinets would be functional and we wouldn’t hit our heads. The cabinets look like they were originally apart of our kitchen. We just need to add our counter top and we’ll be done! Apart from the quality the service was amazing. They have been by far the easiest people to work with. Very responsive to all my texts and questions. We cannot recommend them enough! I’m now on the hunt for the next home project so I can have them back!

Austin and Jasleen are wonderful to work with! Their estimate for office built ins was reasonable and included a professional design with detail. The final result is great quality and looks beautiful. I would absolutely work with them again.

We had such an amazing experience with modern moldings !! They built 2 custom baby gates for us and installed an appliance to sit flush with our cabinets . It was all so beautifully done. We are so thrilled with their work and will use them for years to come !! Jasleen was so responsive and they are such a kind couple who really loves what they do. Highly recommend them!!

Quotes are always free, if you have ideas from pictures or Pinterest, I can photoshop them to your space to give you an idea of what it would look like. We have very competitive pricing and can offer turnkey solutions from fabrication to paint. A one stop solution to your project!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a customer send us dimensions and inspiration pictures and we ask follow up questions and a visit; from there to give you accurate pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are general contractors, handyman and handyma'm, home builders, with a cumulative of 10 years of experience. I have also graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Business Administration Degree.
