Introduction: I begin by stepping back to see the big picture. What are the biggest challenges in marketing your business? What are the challenges in bringing in and retaining new customers? We identify those challenges, then select the tools that will bring the best success to overcome those challenges. I like to solve problems for small to mid-size businesses. I enjoy working with a variety of businesses. It's like solving a puzzle. Once I identify the right mix to put into a marketing strategy, then implementing that strategy and seeing the return is quite fulfilling.
