The whole experience with the Zoom pro’s was outstanding. They sent the first response, most professional and efficient office management and the most knowledgeable appliance pro’s to complete my installation within 24 hours of contact. The crew that came to my home knew the brand, was familiar with the equipment being installed and finished in such a short time. They even caught a mistake that Lowe’s made while installing our steam dryer and corrected it when we weren’t even aware the mistake had been made. They broke down the boxes and left the area looking better and cleaner than they found it. I will continue to use and recommend Zoom to everyone. Thank you all again!
