Kenneth from Metrotech showed up on time. He assess the job that needed to be done and I must say the carpet had not been cleaned in years. He was able to remove stains in several different parts of the living room and bedrooms. The finished job was indeed outstanding. I will refer Metrotech to our friends and family. Thanks Thumbtack!

I had a difficult carpet cleaning job over the holidays--two bedrooms, one on the third floor, a hallway, and a serpentine staircase. All were very dirty and hadn't been professionally cleaned in almost a year. The third floor bedroom carpet had also been horribly mistreated by our aging, ill beagle: over-the-counter cleaners were no help. I'd used three cleaning services before, but I really needed someone better, so I contacted Chris Rains at Metrotech Clean. Although everyone was supposed to be off that week, he found someone to come out on the day I wanted! Kenneth was a fantastic technician--he found a way to get the hoses, etc., up to the third floor in a way that provided even better suction than usual, and all the equipment he used was top notch. He spent hours getting my carpets clean and deodorized, and I know that was a herculean task. I'll definitely have Metrotech come out again and will ask for Kenneth--he was so nice to work with and had a great attitude and work ethic. Imagine coming in during your vacation to clean someone's carpet. The price quoted was very reasonable--much less than many other established companies. I'm very picky, and I'd encourage anyone to use their services. Many thanks to Chris and Kenneth for their considerable efforts.

The guys came in and were very nice. They told me exactly how they were going to do things, and they went about doing what they came to do. They cleaned my 7 piece sectional in about 45 minutes, once they were set up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For carpet it is basically 30 dollars a room which includes all of our services. We vacuum, pre-spray with all natural solutions, agitate the carpets, then extract with steaming hot water. We are always running specials though so you should call for a custom quote on your job. For tile we charge $0.75 per foot to clean it and .25 a foot to seal it. The cleaning process involves pre-spraying the tile with acid ( don't worry it is non toxic, and safely applied to prevent damaging nearby objects) and then using a rotating scrubbing pressure washer to vacuum it up with steaming hot water. The sealing process can keep your grout looking freshly cleaned for up to 7 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to explain or process and then make sure we understand your expectations. We will then schedule a time that is convenient for you to come out and perform our clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We send our technicians to training annually and they also receive certifications. We are trained professionals.
