FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the materials and labor needed to complete any kind of project. The small repairs range from $200 to $500 and the Big repairs or projects needing more than two people to range from $500 to $2,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the client in person for many reasons but the most important one is for a good impression not only for the company but to also show that the owner is engaged with every customer when giving quotes and estimating the cost for repairs. Once we agree that Millennial Sheetrock is taking over the project we'll send out a formal proposal so both parties can see in writing what's included and excluded from the project. That way there is no "gotcha moment" down the road. When we agree both parties will sign the proposal and work can then began. Payment will never be collected until the client walks the project once completed to ensure the craftsmanship is up to their standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a graduate from CEF at North Lake College as a certified Drywall Mechanic and can practice in all of North America which makes sure that all projects are built to code and to the standards of the IBC handbook. The owner also carries an OSHA 510 Certificate to ensure all projects are built safe up to the standards of OSHA.
