- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront with my quoted price, with no hidden or additional fees. If you have a question about anything, just ask! No surprises – just great memories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will personally discuss with the customer, their needs and concerns about the shoot. I also will send them a prep guide to cover any questions pertaining to clothing, backgrounds, etc. so that they are comfortable from the start. We then determine a location that will fit the customers desired look and feel for the session, followed by scheduling a convenient time for the customer and make it happen. During the session, I like to show previews of the images just to make sure we are going in the right direction. Upon completion, I will give the customer the option of selecting the portraits they would like me to final edit. I will deliver the final high resolution digital images and release rights for personal use via secure google drive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with photography and graphics for well over 10 years. I am highly skilled in the Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. My goal is to get the shot right in camera, then bring it to my editing process to creatively enhance if needed and to the customers preferences.
