We hired the Delong's to do multiple tile projects in our new house, painting interior walls and full painting of our 3 car garage floor and walls. They were EXTREMELY professional. They showed up on time and worked hard long days. They actually worked 11 days in a row to get the job done. I also appreciated that they were very polite and nice. At one point, I changed the tile that I wanted for a backsplash in the kitchen after they had already sent at least 2 hours installing it. They said, "no problem" and didn't even charge me to re-do it with the new tile. The painting they did was perfection! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with them. I will be using them again!!
Note: I hired another contractor to do different work during the same period as the Delong's. Unfortunately, our experience with that other contractor was a nightmare. It made me appreciate the Delong's that much more. It is hard to find quality contractors with integrity. The Delong's definitely fit the bill.

They referred us to a couple they have used as they themselves were unavailable due to completing a large job. They referred us to Bruno and his wife. They were excellent, punctual, saved us a little money with materials and did an excellent job. Delong Group was very good about communicating with us and so was their referral Bruno. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with pricing. Our estimates include a breakdown of cost for each component of the project, as well any overhead and Anchor’s profit for the work being done. As needed, addendums are created for any variances to the original project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by meeting with clients to discuss their project, survey the worksite and take measurements. We then provide a rough estimate for review, based on standard finish out. Next we create a 3D design based on the client’s target design and finish out. Once contract terms are agreed and the contract is signed, we schedule trades and source materials to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have educational backgrounds in civil engineering, architecture, real estate, business and project management. Our staff also has educational experience in 3D design, digital graphics and digital media.
This background, along with our field experience in ground up commercial and residential construction provide the tools needed to help ensure residential projects are complete with high levels of customer satisfaction.
