FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I have worked with a professional company and know what the standard charge is, and because I already have a full time home management position, I am very flexible with my pricing while still providing professional services. When hiring a company to clean you pay for the name, the credibility, the equipment, the products, the time, the square footage, and the level of clean you prefer for the price, whether deep clean, first time clean, regular clean, etc. Since I have no employees to pay or fees associated with owning a "business," you pay only for the time that I will be there and will get an amazing thorough cleaning every time. Guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I first like to listen to the needs of the client, as well as past experiences to fully understand what service are rewuired and expected, as well as current condition so that I can give a good a fair estimate on how much time it may take as well as when is most convenient, and lastly pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained ( without certification) through my previous employer on products and equipment associated with both commercial and residential cleaning. I know through 18 years of experience the best methods to use, the most time effective yet thorough steps to take to make any home sparkle.
