We keep our pricing clear, fair, and tailored to your needs. Our rates are based on the size, material, and condition of your rug, as well as any special treatments you request such as stain removal or odor treatment. We also have a minimum service charge to cover pickup and delivery, so you’ll always know the full cost before we start. Every quote is free, with no hidden fees — just honest pricing for quality rug care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. When a new customer reaches out, we start by learning about the rug and your cleaning needs. We’ll then provide a free, no-obligation quote based on the size, material, and condition. If you’re ready to move forward, we arrange a convenient pickup or drop-off. Once your rug is at our facility, we inspect it, perform the cleaning with care, and keep you updated. When it’s ready, we return it fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy.
