Our work focuses on helping you reconnect, communicate openly, and better understand one another with empathy and respect. As a two-person team, we provide both a male and female perspective in every couples coaching session. This balance supports honest conversation and practical insight into building a strong marriage and working through conflict. We offer: - Married couples conflict coaching / conciliation - Divorce mediation - Family mediation We are not attorneys and do not represent any party. Our role is to facilitate respectful dialogue and help you reach agreements that are fair, realistic, and in everyone’s best interest. If you’re ready to work toward healthier relationships, we’re here to support you. Remote service is available.

We enjoyed our first session with the Newells and we felt comfortable and grateful to have both a husband and wife perspective to help us while we make decisions about our own lives. They are nice but very straightforward which we both liked. We look forward to meeting with them again. If you are apprehensive about trying counseling/mediation I suggest that you still give it a try!

My wife and I have been attending monthly counseling sessions for the last 3 months so I feel I can accurately provide a review that meaningful and accurate. I've been married for 3+ years and we have 2 beautiful babies, 2 and 9 months. As can be expected, we began to struggle with managing our marriage once the kids came which led to us quickly growing apart. Got so bad that we were beginning to fall out of love with each other, which was NEVER remotely an issue at any point during our 8 year relationship before marriage and kids. Okay, with that context, I have to start off by saying we are so totally grateful that we found the Newell's right when we needed them most. We had no clue how to find marriage counseling so I ended up dling thumbtack, bc why not! After our first session with both Thomas and Rosma, my wife and I both agreed that the Newell's are so warm and "real" that opening up to them about things that were incredibly personal was a non issue! They both listen so well but the thing they do the best is provide their own real world / marriage examples on how they encountered and dealt with each issue my wife and I were facing. After the 2nd session, I literally had nothing new to share (in terms of complaints or recurring issues) such that I now attend these sessions for my wife and to help her work through WHATEVER issues she may still have with me... And I'm totally fine with that! There is so much more I can add but my thumbs hurt. If you need help with your marriage, do yourself a favor and call Thomas ASAP to book your first appointment and I assure you, it will change your lives. Thanks Thomas and Rosma!!

Very professional and responsive couple. Our first and only session was great it setup a great foundation for progress. Unfortunately my wife had a change of heart and no longer wanted to attend any kind of counseling.

The Newell’s are a truly divine couple and amazing at what they have been graced to do as counselors. Me and my partner have been seeing the Newell’s for a few months and it has truly helped to pull back some layers and get to the root of what’s caused some division between us. They aren’t feel good counselors. If you want your relationship to work, you have to hear the hard things and they will tell you all the while affirming the success of your relationship. They don’t just tell us what to do but they partner along side us and see what we can’t see and I think every couple can benefit from that. I told them that they will definitely be at our wedding sitting on the front row lol. Me and my partner know that we have something amazing in one another and the Newell’s are teaching us to grow individually and as a couple! I’m truly thankful for them both.
