If I could leave AB moving 0 stars I would. After being recommended by a friend to use AB Moving, I was shocked with the service I received. I have sense filed a claim with their claims company, spoken with customer service, and will disputing the moving charge on my credit card. The mover who showed up at my apartment were neither professional nor qualified to do their job. They seemed to purposefully be milking the clock in many instances, and managed to damage many of my items. My laundry list of complaints: - Dug through my trash to take seemingly worthless items WHILE ON THE CLOCK (took a used $10 watch and $20 worth of used jewelry that we were throwing away) - Purposefully took a wrong turn (I was directly infront of the van) in an attempt to milk the clock. This added about 20 minutes onto the commute - It took them over 30 minutes to back into a STANDARD loading dock. Having worked for a moving company in high school, I know this is a very typical thing to encounter and something any moving team should be equipped to do in a much reasonable amount of time - Cracked my $1,200 flat screen TV - Cracked a mirror - Broke a shelve in my TV stand - Left dirty hand prints on my white couch (fortunately these were able to be taken off). I highly suggest anyone use a a different company. I spoke with Kyle in sales and Ryan in customer service about these issues, and their only resolve was to contact their 3rd party claims company that is only guaranteed to insure $0.60/lb per item (meaning my $1,200 TV will be worth $21. Between the customer service and mover quality and recommend every to stay away from AB Moving. If management would like to respond and resolve these issues please feel free to contact me.
