- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it would be nice to meet and get to know a bit about each other! In doing so we can go over goals and the different paths that can be taken to reach them. If possible we could perform a few quick assessments and an InBody Scan(if desired) so I can create an individualized workout for our first session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up playing every sport that I could, eventually focusing on basketball and tennis. In my later teens I developed an interest in weight training and began testing any program I could find. Once in college I found that diet was an important factor in the health equation and taught myself the basics of nutrition and how to cook. I put it all together and became a certified personal trainer in hopes of helping others! I also got my degree in Psychology while at UK. This has been a major help in helping others find motivation and push through mental blocks and set backs! It all starts in the mind!
