1.) clients wanted us to show up 3 hours before the event. However she didn’t want to pay for 3 extra hours. (We showed up 1.5 hours before the event and was setup and running 30 more before the start of the event. We even let a few people take pictures before the start time. 2) The attendant talked to the client as They arrived. In facts she told us which door to enter through. The client’s husband met us at the door. HE OPENED THE DOOR to let us in he even offered to help carry items. Then he pointed us to the spot to setup Why would come look for a 2nd person? 3.) The booth is a touch screen self operating booth the attendant was on site the whole time to help people. However if there’s a presenter on stage and people are seated the attendant will sit. 4) Again we spoke with the husband before leaving. We even stayed past the requested time to allow kids to take more pictures. 5) How can a CHURCH hire contractor that’s onsite for over 6 hours and not even offer him a glass of water?!? The attendant had to go find water at the event. Often we try to go above and beyond for nonprofit events and church functions. It often we’re burned by clients who want wine with a water budget. We rented her our booth at cost and went above and beyond for a client that didn’t even offer our attendant a glass of water. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS YOU’RE READING THIS IS *The attendant arrived early the booth was up and running before the event *The booth was great the guest loved it and all the pictures came out perfect. We alone delivered all of the digital images to the client. *as a Christian that reviews says a lot more about the client than the business. We work hard to make your event memorable.
