Other than being a full service home plumber for leak detection and locate with knowledge of gas, sewer and water. We also do know a bit about water treatment with filtration systems and anti-scale devices for the hard water.

I called Thorough Plumbing about a leaking frostproof faucet, and they came out (Antonio, I believe) and reviewed options. I was not ready to proceed without thinking on it, so they kindly provided quotes and did not charge for the trip. Seem like very reasonable folks.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation that you need a plumber, please call Jeff and his team at Thorough Plumbing! We made a call to him after having a significant spike in our water bill from an apparent leak and he was so incredibly knowledgeable! We found the issue and learned so much about all kinds of plumbing issues as well. HIGHLY recommend! Hes a small family business with excellent values and fair pricing. I had a badly leaking outdoor faucet. Classic Plumbing responded on a timely manner and replaced t h e faucet. The technician, Omarion Wheeler, was prompt, courteous, and gave me options to address the issue. After finishing his work, he cleaned up the area and assured there were no other leaks.I've used Classic twice and have been very pleased with their work, timeliness and pricing. I strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The water heater went off. Thorough Plumbing is genuinely helpful and didnt upsell me. They helped me identifying the issue and we resolved it very quickly on the phone. They will be my go to plumber going forward.

We offer flat rate pricing that includes discounts for add-on tasks
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We say hello, "hello".
2. Learn about your problem and the relation to your home.
3. Offer a solution that comes with a price.
4. You either except or deny. If you except then we either do the work now since we have a fully stocked truck. Have you seen our trucks? Big! Or....it's a larger job not just a simple task and we plan out schedule that works.
5. We clean up and most of the time like we were never there.
6. We invoice by email and you can pay by any conventual method or financing over $1000.
7. You leave a five star review any and everywhere your little heart desires because now you know what a Thorough Plumber is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than years in the plumbing trade.... hmmm nuclear power plants. Does that relate?
