I called late in the day before Thanksgiving, we had a valve break and had to shut the water off. Everyone else that I called were done for the day but Jeff was willing to still come out and fix the valve. He did a great job, was the nicest person and very considerate. We had used another plumbing service and lost them to retirement, we have now found a new plumber!

Jeff is very professional and obviously knows what he is doing. He thoroughly explained the problem and what he needed to do to address the issue. He provided several options, and was not aggressive toward which option to choose. He demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the process, and even directed me on how to address an issue outside of his scope of responsibility. He answered all of my questions and is a great resource for plumbing issues.

Your sewer line having two breaks, we could have taken care of the entire scope of work but sometimes like yours, the city may take on a portion of the responsibility at no cost. The pipe from the main into the house was leaking substantially. It needed to be fixed quickly. Jeff from Thorough was able to schedule an emergency repair call. He arrived around 6:30PM and worked on the repair until midnight. He did a great job on the repair and kept the size of the whole in the front yard as small as possible. I would highly recommend Thorough for any of your plumbing needs.

1. We say hello, "hello". 2. Learn about your problem and the relation to your home. 3. Offer a solution that comes with a price. 4. You either except or deny. If you except then we either do the work now since we have a fully stocked truck. Have you seen our trucks? Big! Or....it's a larger job not just a simple task and we plan out schedule that works. 5. We clean up and most of the time like we were never there. 6. We invoice by email and you can pay by any conventual method or financing over $1000. 7. You leave a five star review any and everywhere your little heart desires because now you know what a Thorough Plumber is.
