Other than being a full service home plumber for leak detection and locate with knowledge of gas, sewer and water. We also do know a bit about water treatment with filtration systems and anti-scale devices for the hard water.

Antonio L. and his assistant where prompt and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and gave several options for my repair. When we agreed on what was to be done they did the work quickly and cleaned up the mess from the job. Thorough has always done a good job on all work they've done for us.

Jeffrey Batey arrived as scheduled. Listened carefully to the problem we had. Explained in simple terms what he was going to do. Resolved problem in expeditious manner. Was surprised when we received invoice, that he gave a 15% senior discount on quoted estimate.

I called Thorough Plumbing about a leaking frostproof faucet, and they came out (Antonio, I believe) and reviewed options. I was not ready to proceed without thinking on it, so they kindly provided quotes and did not charge for the trip. Seem like very reasonable folks.

We offer flat rate pricing that includes discounts for add-on tasks
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We say hello, "hello".
2. Learn about your problem and the relation to your home.
3. Offer a solution that comes with a price.
4. You either except or deny. If you except then we either do the work now since we have a fully stocked truck. Have you seen our trucks? Big! Or....it's a larger job not just a simple task and we plan out schedule that works.
5. We clean up and most of the time like we were never there.
6. We invoice by email and you can pay by any conventual method or financing over $1000.
7. You leave a five star review any and everywhere your little heart desires because now you know what a Thorough Plumber is.

Other than years in the plumbing trade.... hmmm nuclear power plants. Does that relate?
