Fantastic service from Royal Blue Exterior Services! We hired them for a full home windowcleaning, and the initial results looked beautiful. The next morning, we noticed a couple of windows had minor streaks that were only visible under direct, intense morning sunlight.When we reached out, Eric was incredible. He came back out today and handled the touch-ups with so much patience and care, making sure everything was absolutely flawless before leaving.It is rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this and truly cares about customer satisfaction. A Fantastic Experience all around. We found Royal Blue Exterior Services through thumb tack. Erik responded to our inquiry within the hour and quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was able to pull a picture of our house up on Google, so he didn't even have to come out to give us a quote. He was able to work us in around our tight schedule. He arrived on time and we did a quick walk around and confirmation. He cleaned our wrap around covered concrete deck, the underside of the roof, a patio in the backyard, a large area of flag stone around our backyard area and front entry, our pool deck, and all of the house siding and windows. He worked quickly and didn't stop until it was finished. From beginning to end it was a perfect, professional job and we were extremely happy with the final result. We highly recommend Royal Blue Exterior Services. We're ready for summer parties now! Thanks so much Erik.

We live in DeSoto, Tx. and I sent Erik photos of my home and the scope of work that was needed, so he didn't even have to come out to give us a quote. He arrived on time and we did a quick walk around and confirmation. He cleaned the stones and bricks around the front and sides of my home, which was pretty dirty from years of weathering and buildup. He worked quickly, he's very detailed and didn't stop until it was finished. From the beginning to the end, it was a perfect, professional job and we were extremely happy with the final results.
