- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is one of my main focus points. Us being a small company we have the ability to give much more affordable prices then a large company with even better quality. I guarantee it. The hard part is finding the good prices with quality work, that’s us every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them. I just like to be myself and see if I can help them. See what their problem is talk about their options because usually there’s a few.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for a long time to pass the test to get my license. Have had my small business for a few years now got to work with so many great clients. Before that I worked with my family for years grew up doing electrical work trained by the best.
