The Flying Tiger Dojo

Introduction: I teach private and small group lessons for children and adults in traditional Nisei Goju Ryu karate. (I am not a commercial or sport karate instructor.) I began training in 1977 with traditional martial artists and professional fighters and currently hold a master's degree with 21 years of teaching experience. I am a former United States Marine, and I have worked in loss prevention and private and federal security. I am also happy to mold private lessons geared to the expectations and/or specific needs of the individual student such as kickboxing and/or self-defense, especially for women. Everyone gets a free lesson to make an educated decision. No contracts, uniform/and or equipment purchase are necessary to train; you may get those items at your convenience. My students pay monthly to continue training.
