Phenomenal work. I absolutely love our new set up. We initially requested just for the tv/soundbar to be mounted. However, we did have a nightmare of cables that we were just gonna attack with zip ties. After a discussion with Tony, we decided to go with the cable management add-on service. Totally worth it! Not only are our wires concealed in a discreet white flushed tube against our white wall, but we also have way more room. With the cable management we were able to push our entertain console back further. Our gaming consoles, cable box and modem are all perfectly set up. They even made sure everything was working perfectly and that we were satisfied with the look and functionality. The did visuals for us to make sure we knew what we wanted would look like. Also they were prepared for our questionable, metal behind drywall, set up. Benchmark Communications will definitely be our go to for our future projects. The quality of the work, the pleasant conversation and the downright grade A+ professionalism. If you’re considering Benchmark Communications, do it! You won’t regret it. It appears there isn’t a project they can’t handle.

My home had 24 inch studs, which did not work with the mount I wanted, but these guys had a mount that worked great. They mounted the soundbar as well, AND saved me 50 bucks with their mount! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Contacted me prior to arrival, installation was quick and easy barely knew they were there, showed me how the TV mount worked before leaving, made sure it was slanted in the perfect position suitable for me and made sure I was a happy customer. I would definitely recommend and their price is unbeatable compared to the rest.

They came out and did a really good job. The project was a little tougher than we originally thought, but they knocked it out with no problems. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs A/V work.

We had a great experience with Benchmark Communications. Initially had them come out to do our TV mounts and had a positive experience so we had them also do our networking/AV. Tony is detail-oriented, meticulous, patient and knowledgable, and has a very professional yet friendly demeanor. Both Nathan and Sasha from the Benchmark team were fantastic too. Tony worked with me through multiple iterations of quotes to look at what options would fit both our budget and needs. They were hard working and honest and stayed as late as it took to ensure things were working as anticipated. I would highly recommend Tony and Benchmark Communications for any of your mounting, networking, AV needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing that we use as that would sacrifice our competitive nature. We offer fair and reasonable pricing for the services that we render and if a client has questions as to how we arrived at a bid price we are always willing to explain how we set ourselves apart from our competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to ensure we ask the right questions to better fulfill their needs. First and foremost, once hired we always perform a pre-install walk thru and consultation. Then we will move on to equipment testing & inspection no matter if the equipment is new or existing, this ensures a sound install can be performed once you know everything is in working condition before beginning. Once everything has been disclosed to the client we begin to set up & connect any existing or newly purchased equipment. We will bundle wiring and cables neatly and conceal in-wall rated wires where applicable. (Television power cables are not rated for in-wall wire concealment) however, for an additional fee one may be purchased through us. Once the job is complete we begin testing & inspecting the install. Once all equipment passes inspection we clean up any debris that may have accumulated due to the installation. Then we perform the final walk thru and consultation. Once we have discussed the completed install we show the client how to use the newly installed equipment and provide additional guidance as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for 20+ years and continue to attend workshops and seminars on the new up and coming technologies each year. Since technology changes so frequently in this industry we at Benchmark Communications feel we need to continue to grow with it.
