I am what most of call “a Jill of all trades”, well, ALOT of trades anyways, ha ha, but more specifically, I am an ACE and NASM certified Personal Trainer & Aerial Silks Instructor, A registered life Coach/intimacy specialist on Galea Health. I hold certifications in Crisis Intervention and Peer Support. I organize advocacy efforts and awareness events for mental health consumers! I specialize in substance abuse and domestic violence. I am also a professional photographer and videographer. I am unique in this industry because I use cinematic production to bring memories to life; providing clients with time capsules of emotion and color in a mini-film that can be enjoyed by generations. My vision is to provide people with services and resources that tie mental and physical health together, creating a monumental new dynamic in health and wellness! I take pride in my ability to inspire people to rise to the occasion and realize how powerful they truly are. My process starts with a consultation & a 20min interactive zoom class on “I am”. Of the thousands of clients I have engaged with the common denominator stems from denial and an identity crisis. We are shackled by the inability to know who we truly are; and without purpose, “abuse is inevitable”. We abuse ourselves, others, food, substances, etc. when we lack the knowledge and understanding of our purpose and calling in life. My approach is defining the system that causes the problem. I challenge my clients to dig deep and come alive in the moment, to be brutally honest with self, and get to know personal systems of dysfunction, and “aha”! The ability to change the course is attainable. Then, establish a structured reasonable plan of action, with accountability calls and reward incentives to motivate and transform our thought patterns, which results in lasting life changes. I believe in a curious approach to life and embracing growth to gain understanding. Then, I intentionally utilize my testimony by manifesting the things that God has shown me, and implementing them into other peoples’ lives. The greatest fulfillment I can receive is to witness God’s glory and power working through me to go against all odds and do the impossible! To revive that confidence and restore that excitement for life that so many have forgotten or lost. Being a part of this has Given me momentum and motivation to rise higher than I ever dreamed possible! I want you to know that I am MORE stubborn than you! Yes you! Once I make up my mind I want something, nothing is going to stop me! Consistency changes Course. Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul are all connected. Whether it’s through photography, or cinema, or coaching sessions, couples intimacy sessions, or spicy and unconventional workouts like POLE or AERIAL silks classes, remember, we want to capture the “Drip”.
