- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't ask for any money up front. Only after 3-5days afterwards. That way the customer can see results and the way we conduct ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To explain to them in detail about their project, so they have an exact idea of what they are doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting for 28 years.
