- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re upfront we once we tell you a price we will stay to that price even it ends up costing us a little bit extra we believe in transparency and we believe you’ll come back and your family will come to us and we’ll treat them with the same respect and care
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really want to understand what exactly they want us to do. What that’s cleaning out a storage unit destroying a barn. Or just pressure washing a pool deck. We set expectations and then we go above expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two of us are business administration majors, and one of us is a mechanical engineering student. We all attend WT AMU.
