I offer fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of the job. Smaller jobs are typically priced at an hourly rate, while larger projects are quoted upfront. I always communicate pricing clearly before starting any work so there are no surprises. I also offer free estimates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding exactly what the customer needs, either through pictures or a quick conversation. Then I provide a clear estimate and schedule a time that works for them. I show up on time, complete the job properly, and make sure everything is clean and working before I leave
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working in general maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical tasks. My experience comes from real-world work, and I continue learning and improving my skills with every job I complete.
