Cost Plus Texas did an amazing job on our bathroom remodels!!! There are no words to describe the satisfaction we have for a job well done. The master bath was made into a handicap friendly bathroom with a large walk in shower (easily accomodating a rolling shower chair or wheel chair) with built in bench along with necessary safety features including grab bars in both the shower and around the toilet. The tile work and granite countertops are beautiful and so easy to take care of. The hall bath is equally as beautiful with a large tub that is perfect for soaking or for children to really enjoy bath time in! We are very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of each person that had a part in the process!!! Thank you to Cost Plus for a job well done!!!

My Realtor reffered me to Grant for a bathroom remodel. Within 2 days of having him out he provided a bid. We then meet at Daltile to select material. After updating the bid my wife and I accepted his proposal. Work started a week later and took approximately 6 days. We are so happy with our new bathroom and could not have asked for better service. Use this company the guys a friendly and all speak English.

I have been burned before by contractors so I was hesitant making a decision on who to hire to remodel my kitchen. After interviews with multiple contractors, I felt that Renowned Renovation was who I was going to hire, but was still unsure. I was pleased with their quote and ability to work within my budget and after visiting one of their kitchen remodels in progress, I was confident in their abilities. But I was still hesitant because of my past experiences with contractors. Because of this, Micheal Clower came out to my house multiple times to answer all of my questions, ease my nerves, and I was very comfortable with him. So I signed on the dotted line and they got to work! Kitchen remodels are complicated and not fun to live through! I was combining 2 rooms into a large eat-in kitchen in my 1920's house in Oak Cliff. All in, the process took about 3 months but the final result was well worth the wait. We had a couple of hiccups along the way which is expected in any project, but Michael kept me informed of everything going on and if I was completely unhappy with something, they re-did it and made it right! I happily give Renowned Renovation a 5 star review and look forward to working with them again on future projects in my house. Their work was spot on and I am thoroughly happy with my new kitchen! Michael and the team went above and beyond and the final result is exactly what I wanted. 100% satisfied customer here!

We got a quote from Grant in early May and shopped around. We found one a little cheaper and decided to go through them...mistake on our part. We reached back out to Grant on a Thursday and by Friday morning his crew was out and were completely finished by Monday afternoon. The work looks great and the were so quick to get everything turned around on our busy schedule. Totally worth it...will be using Cost Plus for our future renovations!

Grant is helpful, friendly and wise but above all he was efficient. I was blown away at how well he operates his business, he was on top of our project from start to finish. I would hire Grant again in a heart beat.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Business Development and Founder Grant's love of construction and design began under his father's tutelage when he was in his early teens. He continued his passion into degrees from Lakeland College in Science & Construction and University of North Texas in Applied Science with minors in Real-estate and Business. His experience, training, work and development have given him the insight and focus for the best overall product. He only assembles teams that are reliable, experienced and proficient. His projects both residential and commercially have had resounding success in North Texas from Dallas to Denton.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have insurance. Call the insurance company and make sure the insurance is still valid. Call references. Go to a job and see their quality.
