These guys are consummate professionals! They found the leak and repaired it in a single visit. Jake and Stephen were willing to spend the time to find what needed to be done. We had a holiday weekend emergency with a substantial outdoor water leak. Jacob was kind enough to come over quickly and help me determine that it was an irrigation problem versus a slab or main line leak. Even on a holiday Saturday he was responsive, professional, and quick to find the source of my problem and refused payment for his time. He and Flow Bros will be at the top of my list for future plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront flat rate pricing before we begin any work.
Due to lower overhead we are often more affordable then many of the big companies and offer the highest service and workmanship in the business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we arrive at the customers home, we will gather information about the problem they are having. We will do an investigation to get familiar with the home and then present options for repair or replacement. Once finished, we will clean up our job site and complete invoice/payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Responsible master plumber with the yearly training and continuing education.
