the repairman was at my house within 2 hours of the call to repair my refridgerator, and it was in the snow! He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the part to fix it the very next day. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but now its working better than it has in a very long time. I mentioned to him that I was having problems getting my DVD to work and he took a look at it and had that going before he left. Great job at a great price!!! I now have this number in my phone as a contact so when something goes wrong I know an honest repairman!!!

Gilbert was great! He was here when he said he would be and fixed the problem, the machine was working when he left. He gave me an honest price and assessment and even explained that if the problem is something else it's not worth it to spend money to fix. When he followed up and I told him a test load did not work properly he came back and ran more diagnostics and got it working again at no additional charge. He's continued to check up on the status, and I'm happy to say my washer is working perfectly. I will be using Tarrant County Appliance for all my appliance needs.

Very happy with the service I received. Gilbert was very responsive, very prompt, and very efficient. He came right in, found the issue and fixed it! His prices were reasonable and he provided a warranty on his work. Couldn't be more happier!
