Drained the old water heater on the first day and installed a Bradford White 50 Gallon Water Heater the next day. Installation was in the upper attic of a two-story house. Price was very attractive versus two other competitors.

I needed a hot water heater asap & Derrick responded immediately (on a Sunday) . He was out to check on Monday & was completed Tuesday. He was very kind, very reasonably priced and professional. Christopher did the replacement and he was great as well. I had Derrick give me a quote to replace hvac and it was too good to pass up so he’ll be here again Friday. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bohannon stepped in when another contractor stepped out. They promptly sent someone to evaluate things with my HVAC, and the gentleman was proactive about identifying the source of the problem and making a suggestion. He also made future suggestions for down the road. They replaced my duct with an insulated one. Overall, the contractor was professional, warm, and knowledgeable.
