Cannot say enough about Cos and Precision Cleaning Solutions!! He does amazing and thorough work for us 4 days a week. He even made special accommodations to come in before business hours! Since we work with children, he uses gentle cleaning agents and always make the place smell amazing. He is kind and reliable, respectful and honest. He has truly become a part of our family here. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, but we are the most consistent, detailed, and reliable team around!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is to find out as much about the business, their cleaning needs, cleaning headaches, likes and dislikes as possible. From there we typically set up a walk through so we can actually see the facility. This is done so we can make a real-time determination of the man hours it will take to clean the facility to the clients standards. It's really difficult to provide a meaningful quote without seeing the facility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training comes from our military background. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who cleans as detailed or as often as the armed forces! If you ever visit a military installation you'll notice that they are typically extremely clean. We have taken years of military cleaning experience and packaged it in a way that allows us to provide that same level of cleaning to commercial clients.
