- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Concrete Raising: We do not have standard pricing because all jobs are not equal. There are variables that change with each job. (what is the area size? how much of did the drop? what material are we going to use?) There is one constant. Mudjacking and Polyurethane foam lifting is much cheaper than replacing the concrete
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 1st step is our FREE evaluation of the project. If it is a concrete raising job most of the time we can do the evaluation without the customer being present as long as we have access to the job. Foundation repair will require us having access because we will need to use our compu-level to take reading for and accurate assessment of the job. We usually email the quote the client within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50years of experience with our management staff. We also have three (3) independent engineers we work with to ensure our jobs meet all requirements for VA and FHA.
