- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer to find out exactly what they are wanting and that expectations are met with the both of us. When the customer drops off they can pick out the thread they want and hopefully I have already sent them a sample picture of what they want in the font they want it in. This makes the process go faster. When the customer drops off the item we talk more and schedule a pick up time. Sometimes they will go and eat or shop while I finish the product others will chose to come back a different day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing embroidery and quilt making for about 15 years now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals for presents and personal use to companies that order large amounts for workers to cheer squads.
