What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do my rates are as follows -$10 per pet per walk -$5 extra for pets over 50lbs -$10 extra for pets over 70lbs Group rates available for those with more than 1 fur baby doing daily walks. Payments accepted -VENMO app -cash -checks -debit/credit through a square reader (VISA, MasterCard,AMEX,DISCOVER)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quote then continue with a meet and greet to discuss any questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking courses for pet C.P.R..... I will start this summer in dog psychology,and dog training
