Johnathan is awesome! He takes great pride in his work and is very professional. You can trust him to do your project right! His prices are reasonable as well. He’s very personable and friendly. Anytime we need a project done, we will call him! I’ve referred him to my parents. He’s installing a new tub in their master bath. He installed our kitchen backsplash. My project involved installing sliced river rock with purple quartz/geodes and mica in the grout. This was my idea and vision and Johnathan understood and fulfilled my vision. I have to say, this was my best experience with a contractor, I’ve had some real duds, lol. You will be very pleased hiring Johnathan! I’m trying to add a photo but for some reason it won’t let me. He did such a great job. You cannot tell where the walls were opened to do a plumbing job. Everything was explained, and followed through on. We're planning to use him for another project.

MSI did a great job knocking out all the items on my to-do list. Johnathan was very proactive in confirming out reservation, being upfront about pricing and was right on time. Unlike other home repair and maintenance companies that I have hired, MSI was what I expected from a reputable company. Although none of the work I had them do was overly complex or challenging, Johnathan efficiently completed each item and I'm already thinking about other projects to potentially engage them on. They will definitively be my go-to for maintenance items for my house! I have no problems recommending them!

Johnathan did a wonderful job! He installed a new bathroom sink, toilet and a laundry sink in the utility room. He provided a thorough and reasonable estimate and showed up on time and prepared. I take reviews very seriously when I am looking to hire someone and I can assure you that you are in good hands if you hire him to work in your home. He is coming back again to work on more projects because I was so pleased.

Johnathan was one of the contractors I had look at my project, but due to his availability and the timing of my project, I decided to go with another contractor. To make a long story short, the contractor I selected was terrible and we parted ways, but I still had to finish my project. I called Johnathan, explained the situation, and he "squeezed" me in his schedule to help me get my project back on track. He went above and beyond and my wife and I thank him. He has a great attitude, great customer service, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Unfortunately, people like Johnathan are becoming a "rare" breed.
