HIRE THIS COMPANY. PERIOD. To make a very long story short, HomeSafe resolved all of my month long drama to get my new dryer working... which boiled down to a filthy dirty vent that another company claimed to have already cleaned. My tech showed up on time, explained his plan clearly and gave transparency at every step. HomeSafe provides a private dropbox to each customer to prove with photos that your ductvent is sparkling clean. My tech kindly took a few minutes at the end of my appointment to give me a few small and manageable tips of ways to extend my ductvent efficient and ways to prevent future issues. He also gave me an estimate for some additional services that I could book in the future, and did not push at all when I said I would think about it. I almost wish I had more urgent ductvent issues so I could call them for more service. They were great and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The response time was great and they showed up when they said they would. Right on time. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me with pictures. I understood what was going on and and why. I would recommend them and use them again when I need to have my vent cleaned again. I’m very pleased!!

Justin arrived exactly when he said and got right to work. We just purchased a house and I am not sure that the vent had ever been cleaned out. Justin took pictures and showed me the years of lent that had collected. Then, before I knew it he was showing me the clean vents. Very happy with the service.

We had a messy situation. Bought our house only to see no dryer vent. Well after a few years of venting in the laundry room through a filter, I finally got fed up. Cameron came out and was wonderful! He discovered we had a vent that was HIDDEN in the wall. It was a mess and done wrong at that. No wonder the sellers drywall it in. Cameron came up with a wonderful solution and rerouted us a new vent. What a lifechanger and worth every penny! My sanity is back. Seriously though. He was very friendly, detail oriented and really did a great job! He thouroughly discussed all options with me and was very HONEST. We now have a cool house, are lint free (it was all over walls) and the vent He put in works great! Our job was a little pricey but worth it! Thanks!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dryer vents run so differently from home to home (i.e., length, shape, number of turns/elbows, ease of access...etc.), so we offer a thorough, no-obligation, initial inspection prior to any work being done. During the inspection, the technician will take several "before" photos of the inside of the dryer vent--both from the starting point (inside the laundry room) and the termination point (usually on the roof or the side of the home). Our inspection is $89.00 and is waived when work is done while we are there. After the inspection, the technician will go over the details of what he finds and then you decide what you would like him to do from there. No pressure, no gimmicks--we just want you to know what's going on so you can make an educated decision as to what you want done and then you tell us what you'd like us to do. We're always happy to help, however and whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a day and time for your thorough, no-obligation, initial inspection. We schedule in two-hour blocks, so the technician will call or text you 20-30 minutes prior to his arrival. Our initial $89.00 inspection will generally take 10-15 minutes to complete and is waived when work is done while we are there. After the inspection, the tech will go over the findings with you (including showing you all the "before" pictures) an estimate of how long the work will take and give you an exact price quote for whatever work is recommended. Then, you tell the technician what you would like done. If you have any work done, we will email your invoice and include all the "before" & "after" pictures (within 1-2 business days).
