- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General pest control starts at $75 a qtr. For rodents and termites an inspection is really needed to give a fair price. Inspections are free because its on me to see the job before I can price it. I offer a 15% discount to Veterans, Police, and Fire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation about you and your needs. A quick inspection and going over the treatment plans is vital to a good working relationship for both parties. I like you to have a clear understanding of the treatment and what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year certified applicators go through several CEU courses before they can renew their license. I am also working on adding lawn and ornamental pests to my license.
