What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base every job on how long it will take and how much man power is needed. We break it down on time and that is how we come up with prices. We don't believe in over charging and marking jobs up high. We are very realistic when I comes to pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. They heard about us some how, and mostly likely a referral from a happy customer. We give great deals and discounts for new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for an commercial real estate company, a major bank and a school district in the past 10 years that dealt mainly with remodeling, construction, painting and general maintenance. I even have an uncle that has his own remodeling business and I have always worked with him on the side to learn more of the trade and how to get the job done right.
