Sam seems to be knowledgable. He came to inspect the site and provide good inputs but on the day of work he asked me to pay intial deposit. As soon as i paid, he sent a text stating his brother is in trouble and needed help. I had similar bad experiences in the past and told him the same. He immediately paid back money and said dont want to do business with me but it costed my day off. Hope he is good, but my work is not done and i am disappointed
